With Spring fast approaching now is the time to break those bad habits and see your health and fitness turn around in time for Summer. 

Breaking our habits and changing our lifestyle can be daunting but by taking it one step at a time you can see success. 

My recent article in Body and Soul highlights how you can break that sedentary habit and get moving in just 1 week!  

Daily goals for the week

Day 1 - Aim to walk more
Day 2 - Take the stairs wherever you go
Day 3 - Move around during your lunch break
Day 4 - Set goals
Day 5 - Add some exercise to your usual activities
Day 6 - Drink from a smaller glass
Day 7 - Do simple tasks yourselves
